Parashas Bereishis
Question: Hashem told Adam that if he ate from the Eitz Hada'as - on that day - he shall surely die. However, Hashem judged Adam with mercy and read the posuk very leniently. One day meaning, Hashem's day - which is really one thousand years.
The question; Adam lived 930 years. He gave away 70 years to David Hamelech. If so, the posuk of 'on that day you shall surely die' still was not fulfilled. What's pshat? Please email me an answer if you have one. Thanks.

Parashas Ki Sisa
Why did the Airev rav think they were 'doomed to death' just because Moshe didn't come back yet? It wasn't like they needed Hashem's help right there and then. Nobody was waging war against them. They could have waited another day. Why did they rush this project to conjure up a replacement for Moshe?
Parashas Beshalach
13:17 Hashem didn't lead the Jews through the land of Plishtim, although it was the shortest route. Hashem said, "The people might change their minds if they encountered war, and return to Egypt."
Q: Why would they have thought of going back to Egypt? The 1st nine plagues were done by Hashem. (So if they Egyptians were to ask them why they participated, they could of said, "It wasn't us who did it, It was Hashem.") However the final plague was done by the Jews, who took sheep (the gods of the Egyptians) and slaughtered them before the Egyptians. They no longer had anyone to blame. I don't think anyone would have any second thoughts about going back to Egypt.

1) Why did Yosef ask for his brothers to bring 'his bones' to shechem if he was mummified? What's this lashon of 'bones'?
2) If Yosef was known as Yosef HaTzaddik, then why did the Torah mention 'his bones'? I thought Hashem preserves tzaddikim after they die.
Parashas VaYigash
(45:22) "Yosef gave everyone [the brothers] a piece of garment, but to Binyamin he gave five." Why did Yosef give Binyamin special treatment, when his brothers hated him because of the special treatment Yaakov gave Yosef? He's acting the same way Yaakov acted towards Yosef, which led to hatred.

1) When Hashem rebuked Yosef for 'relaxing, eating drinking and curling his hair' while his father was mourning: Why didn't Yosef send a messenger to tell his father he was ok?
2) In Masechta Brachos, it says that a person is able to interpret a dream for the negative or for the positive, and the outcome will happen based on what you interpret it to be. The gemara brings several examples with two sages who both had the same dreams, and went to a dream interpreter. One sage paid the guy money, while the other didn't. The one who paid money got his dream interpreted positive while the other sage was interpreted negative.
If a person has the influence to make a dream turn out positively by interpreting it for the good, then why did Yosef interpret the baker's dream negatively?

1) If Yaakov kept all 613 mitzvos (rashi) while living with Lavan, then how is it he married Leah and Rachel, who were sisters?
One of the few answers I saw were:
The Ramban mentions that 613 were only kept in Eretz Yisroel, and they were all outside Israel... That's why at the end of the Parashas Vayishlach, Rachel dies before they entered Eretz Yisroel, b/c Yaakov couldnt be married to sisters when entering Israel.
2) If Hashem appeared to Lavan in a dream telling him not to speak to Yaakov, not good nor bad, then why did he speak to him? Lavan even told Yaakov, "It's in my power to harm you, but the G-d of your father spoke to me last night saying, 'Guard yourself not to speak to Yaakov either good or evil.'
Wouldn't it make sense for Lavan to just turn around?
